Position Level Junior Executive Requirements 📌 Job Requirements / Kelayakan Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field At least 1–3 years HR experience (experience in SME or workshop industry is an advantage) Able to handle payroll independently Strong responsibility, discipline and follow-up skills Good communication skills (BM & English preferred, Mandarin is a plus) Able to work in fast-paced workshop environment Familiar with basic HR systems / Excel / attendance system Responsibilities 1. Payroll Management Handle monthly payroll calculation and salary processing Manage overtime, claims, EPF, SOCSO, EIS submission Ensure salary is accurate and on time 2. Recruitment & Hiring Handle job postings and candidate screening Arrange interviews and onboarding of new staff Coordinate hiring for workshop positions (mechanic, supervisor, admin, etc.) 3. Staff Attendance & Discipline Monitoring Monitor daily attendance, lateness, and absenteeism Maintain attendance records and reports Support disciplinary actions when necessary 4. Training & Development Plan and conduct basic staff training (SOP, customer service, workshop discipline) Assist in improving staff performance and productivity 5. SOP Implementation Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Ensure staff follow company rules and workflow system Assist management in improving operational efficiency Qualification Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
